Hitler is not dead!

This is the most effective way to promote the opening of a new museum, don't you think so?
It was happened in Pattaya (Thailand) and, as you can image, it has caused some controversies..

FirstBank cares about small businesses!
Big billboards to advertise the piano lessons, a good babysitter, wedding singer or math tutor?

Mrs. Bennet, Abbey, Rod and Joan are chosen to be the testimonials of FirstBank campaign
In fact FirstBank wants to focus on a target of small business and the idea behind this campaign is: If they grow up we grow up, so let's help small business.
Great Idea

How to use a billboard in Piccadilly Circus
The billboards in Piccadilly Circus in London are the most famous in the world [with the billboards of Time Square in NYC of course].
In the past they were normal billboards but some years ago they became led-wall based.
So McDonald's designed it to be into the pictures of tourists that pass by this London's famous place.
It generates a great viral act. As you can understand the WOM is very high and it a lot of buzz aorund the brand. Well done.

The post of sighs
Oliviero Toscani is a genius... no sorry, he was a genius.
His last work is "Il cielo dei sospiri" (The sky of sighs).
Look: he build a big billboard around the Bridge of Sighs in Venice.
The effect is, of course, a lot of chatting on blogs and newspapers (so one point to Toscani) but according to me this is a wrong way to create buzz. So I don't quote the brand.

Trash Advertising

day 1: A yellow billboard
day 3: An image
day 10: A complete message on the billboard made by pollution, dust, papers and...
It is a good idea to promote a glue that came from The Miami Ad School
The question is: Does it work? What will be the real effect? Is it good for company awareness (actually it is trash)??
